Day Two - I think it kind of counts because it's a musical essentially.

https://youtu.be/1f7pSMyxvTY

It's That Time of Year - Anna and the Apocalypse.

If not, this is just perfect.

Bad Idea - Waitress. The soaring crescendo, the thrilling harmonies with the trills. Listen to it far too often.

Day 3 - A number from your least favourite musical.

"Gemini I really wanted to see that musical but didn't have the cash when it came local to me. Would you recommend it? "

Definitely - have seen it 4 times now I think and it works really well...quite gritty but definitely worth seeing.

There are a few local am/dram productions now too so worth keeping an eye out for

How have I missed this?

Quick catch up:

Day 1: Shakin' the Blues Away from Easter Parade

Day 2: Will Power from Something Rotten

Day 3: Call Me Rusty from Starlight Express (not a fan of any Lloyd Webber musicals)

Day 4: Brotherhood of Man from How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

Day 5: I'll Begin Again from Scrooge: the Musical

Day 6 - A favourite opening number

I'm assuming NPH opening for the Tony Awards 2013 doesn't count https://youtu.be/4SQfsBsMFls

So mine would have to be "Circle of Life" from The Lion King

"Suddenly Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors "

Ooo this is such a good one!

I'm going to go with something new (although there are so many I could choose - Wicked's As Long As You're Mine is lush) and say

Moulin Rouge's Elephant Love Medley. Any medley that can incorporate Regina Spektor is a beaut.

Oh I tend to forget how much I like Moulin Rouge until I catch it on telly. I've never seen the stage show so only know the film version, which is a shame (no Regina Spektor!)
