Heat stroke?

I think I have heat stroke as been on a roof in sun all day working..... any ideas to get rid???

If you had genuine heat stroke you wouldn't even be able to type that..You're hot thats all,rehydrate and have a cool shower

thats what i said and the brufen are to deal with the headache

AND DONT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL FOR 24 HOURS

Get all the frozen items from the freezer and insert into your pants. with the left overs tape too body. If hot symptoms persist, get a friend to urinate all over mainly the head thanks!

Cold bath - seriously

i had sunstroke and stood under a shower for about 20 mins.. it never helped and i still collapsed.

the doctors put me in a cold bath for an hour minimum..

no cold bath jokes please ..

Bucket of cold water over you head better than a shower get some one to do it for you the volume of water from bowl or bucket works. Stay out of sun

Tepid - yeah ffs dont fill the bath with freezing cold water that could kill ya

altho the water bath at the hospital felt kinda cool to begin with - i was fooking frozen and my nipples were like bullets after an hour

Rest, and loads of water..dont eat to much protein either your body will have to work a lot harder to disgust it..

I wouldnt go for a cold shower..once you get dried your body will try to warm itself up, making the heatstroke a lot worse..lukewarm is better.
