Perpignan and cap

I suppose, under duress I could have called last night's tea cottage pie.

There wasn't much mash potato on it though. I only had one in the cupboard.

Just had a lovely crispy bacon butty. My daughter loves them. Bacon is something she asks for, it’s so cute, she comes up to me, tilts her head and says “bacon!”. As she’s predominantly non verbal it’s testimony to how lush bacon is, haha x Viv x

I've not cooked a damn thing in 5 weeks now as my lock down buddy insisted she does the cooking.

It's a hard life I'm having being fed and having some wonderfully curvy eye candy isolating with me

I've been making theses little cheesecake bites.

Ricotta, cream cheese, suger, vanilla, egg yoke all mixed up.

Fruits(frozen or fresh) chopped up and mixed with sugar.

Spoon of each into filo pastry/ egg roll pastry/ flatted bread. Sealed with saved egg white.

Bake, fry whatever. Replace fruits with chocolate if you want.

Absolutely fucking banging.

"Beans"

At last. Someone on my level!

I'm a hopeless cook and in awe of all of the above. As apparently according to my latest scan I have a 'fatty liver' I have to lose some weight I'm on a diet and not being able to excersise the only choice is cut down so I'm on low calorie ready meals from the supermarket. Bless microwaves?
