So anyone else been watching sky’s new show Gangs of London I’ve found it absolutely amazing the action scenes are straight from a Hollywood blockbuster well worth a watch!

The guy who created it made my two favourite action films on a very small budget.

I'm very quickly becoming a big fan of his.

I'll be watching this tonight I think

Just one episode left for me. I've had to watch big chunks from behind my fingers because I'm a big ol' squeamish baby but it's so good!!

I will never look at ashtrays, pliers and cordless drills without shuddering ever again

Yeah first episode was made by Gareth Edwards who also shot The Raid, so the the scapping was top class, that pub fight!

Some of the acting, especially that peaky blinders guy is atrocious but I'm enjoying it.

Put it on Monday night and thought I’d watch the first episode to see if it was worth investing, ended up watching 5 episodes and going to bed gone 3am! Watched the other 4 when I woke up.

Very violent but realistically done. Loved it

We enjoyed it for the action scenes. The pub fight in first episode and the siege at the house by the water were great. But a lot of the dialogue and the acting etc were pretty poor.

Was something about Joe Coles accent that annoyed me. I liked him in Pure though

Mark Lewis Jones was awesome, the welsh gypsy father

I also like the random game of thrones actors making appearances.

It's like he's bought a book entitled, 'how to be Damien lewis'.

And then didn’t follow the instructions very well

I’m one episode in and love it, too! Great scenes so far.

Now going to check out those other low budget movies by the writer....

There and to the left a bit

Binged it this weekend - well worth the watch, especially as it kept, and left you guessing right to the end - hope a second series is in the offing

Yes it was gruesome and at times a little far fetched but a worthy watch all the same

Wasn’t there Quite a Popular porno of the same name a good few years back?

Its brilliant,I am on episode 4,trying to limit myself to once a night or every other night so it's not over too quickly. It's very violent though

Episode 5 is superb - shan't say any more but in some respects possibly the best episode of the series
