When I do poached eggs I get the water just above simmering and have bread in the toaster on 3. When I crack the eggs into the water I start the toaster and when it pops the eggs are perfect. Although I find with larger eggs once I lob the top off I need to put it back in the water a little while to cook the rest of the white around the yolk. | |||

Having tasted your wares, I can vouch for your methods and timings too! The only things I would add for those seeking eggucation is that the time will vary slightly depending on size of eggs. 3 minutes for small eggs, 3 and a half for medium, 4 minutes for large. Oh and remove the eggs in the same order they were placed in the pan. B | |||
