There a few things on the internet you can do to firm your breasts up. But before I waste time doing them, has anyone got any tried and true methods?

Have implants is the only solution. You can't firm up bags of skin, fat and milk ducts, sadly. If I could, I would have done already!!

I thought this would be the case. Having kids ruined mine. I dont mind them how they are but if I could them slightly firmer I'd be happy

You can tone the muscles underneath but not the breast tissue itself x
