Quiet and slow on Fab?

Is it me or do things seem slower on here recently? I guess the extended lockdown has reduced people's enthusiasm to talk about sex with others as we won't be meeting for a while unfortunately. This board is still fairly busy with chit chat, but the other boards and messages seem to be dwindling off a little.

People are also starting to either be phased back into working, or have improved work from home capabilities so during the week id expect it to be quiet.

It does seem rather painfully slow from my perspective.

If more people are apparently at home, then it would be more likely to attract interests? Or were people using FAB in work time prior?

As for not meeting...wouldn't now be a good time to build connections with the hope of a meet in the future?

Probably a combination of all things mentioned.

Childcare

Working from home

No meets

Wanked out

Depression / lack of motivation or sex drive

Harder to cheat on partners (for the married contingent)

Running out of things to say!

Pleased it's not just me that thinks it's slow.

I wouldn't say it's been hostile, but we only joined recently so probably don't have the same reference point. There's been some hate on those who choose to play bareback. But that's all I've really noticed.

Personally for me, haven't been on much, as have disabled adult in the house, so kept busy as ever. I am sure there are several reasons for being quiet, as most have mentioned possible reasons already. Hopefully threads will lighten up soon enough.

VERY slow..

Yesterday I got about 5 messages all day. Lowest number I’ve ever got in 2 years! I normally can’t count how many messages I get in a day... I was so bored I went to read mums net

It’s picked up a bit today. Still, nothing interesting.
