Biting my lips and have a habit of tapping my tongue and lip piercing against my teeth. I actually missed doing it when I had to take out my lip piercing when I started nursing in 2003.

I make it so its sticky and takes forever to clean up.

I used to rattle my tongue piercing against my teeth. Chipped some back teeth so I got a rubber one but now I rArely wear it!

I now sleep with a mouthguard in - as i wake im constantly clenchibg and grinding my teeth

I tried a mouthguard, but found it difficult to get used to. May need to find it out again as doing it all the time again x

Haven’t damaged any teeth yet, but know it’s a risk. It’s such a bad habit to have. Might invest in a rubber one, but think I’d miss the metal one too much xx
