There and to the left a bit

Give me a seafood platter with a mixture of everything from lobster and crab to shrimp, mackerel and various shellfish - add some fresh baked crusty bread and a decent garlic mayonnaise and I'm a happy man.

In fact exactly that has been my standard Xmas dinner for a number of recent years

Somewhere

Lobster, shrimp, oysters, scallops. All seafood really.

Chilean sea bass with a garlic, lemon and chili rub then pan seared, my favourite. Add a bottle of BV Chardonnay and I’m in heaven.

I can't think of any seafood I don't like. From whitebait with a beer, a mackerel and horseradish sandwich, anchovies on pizza to steamed mussels, crab, lobster and even a fish finger sandwich

Bloody lush
