It’s tricky to get the hang of it!

You can’t feel how deep/shallow you are as you thrust so there’s a risk of it popping out. It’s easier with a long dildo. Not to push all the way in necessarily but to allow you to pull back without it falling out.

Also, if you’re pegging a guy, you need to sort out the height difference. It’s likely he’ll be too high to reach if he’s on all fours and you’re on your knees, or if he’s bent over the bed and you’re standing behind.

For me, it is more about the mental stimulation than the physical feeling- for both parties.
