I never had spots as a teenager. I was 25 when I started getting them! My skin isn’t too bad on the whole, I get stress spots on my chin though

I use to bite my toetails but cannot quite manage now. I also had a bad addiction to ice cubes and bought and ate a big bag of them each day. This was later discovered down to being badly anemic so once given iron tablets i was cured. I now vape which is my only bad habit. All my other habits are good ones

I get a couple of tiny spots on my chin when my period is due. I’ve had the spots...but no period
