If you like sound of your own voice

Also for some it helps to put thoughts in order, organise yourself.. line them up as you speak.

Good for brainstorming too!

Completely normal... In actual fact scientific studies have proven that people who talk to themselves display higher levels of intelligence, emotions and organisation!...

You not going crazy, well that's at least what my Unicorn in the corner of my kitchen tells me when I'm talking to myself

Under the Duvet

When I was travelling I started talking to myself out loud. Was only when I got to a big city and noticed people edging away and giving me funny looks that I realised I was doing it

I do it all the time at work, sort of talk myself through various tasks just to make sure I don’t miss anything I do t think it makes me weird tho... or does it

I talk to myself in my head. I'm always hearing voices but my therapist assured me there's nothing to worry about and I'm just keeping myself company...

They say talking to yourself is the first sign of madness

I suffer from schizophrenia, depression and anxiety

and I have always done it

I would also like to know how everything I say in the house always gets back to people somehow and thats not my mental illness

I live on my own and I talk to myself quite a bit during lockdown also when my kids are over, I’m sure still talking to myself unless I say ‘tea is ready’ or to be more honest ‘pizza has arrived’

I do it all the time but mainly because the kids completely ignore me! It’s the only adult conversation I get!

Pretty normal I think, but when you get an answer back is maybe time to possibly worry
