I guess I'm kind of closer to dad bod, never trim, but not in the shape I used to be, but am pretty happy and my clothes fit so all is good.

Plus I burn too easily in the sun, love island bod would be like a bald bearded lobster!

Here’s a thought. I have a dad bod, which I’m happy with at my age and I’m reasonably fit, however I would swap it for a love island bod, in that I’d like to be slimmer and more muscular, so fair play to those that do have. Although I do feel that for many it becomes an obsession and the reason behind it is not health or physicality but vanity.

Mind you, I’ll be amazed if anybody has actually read my post this far.

I don't have a preference. In an ideal world my perfect man would be about my height, maybe a bit taller. Solid body, nice arms that I can imagine wrapped around me. Otherwise it's all a bit... not that important. Don't get me wrong, I get a bit of a slug trail when I think of some Vs and they can be pretty to look at in person but there has to be a bit more to them than just their wrapping.

. Probably the same ratio as men who prefer larger women and there’s a lot that like larger women I think it comes down to confidence I personally don’t mind either but if a lady has a fantastic body I don’t bother with her because I feel she wouldn’t be interested. Ladies am I right ?

But I’ve dropped a couple of inches off my waist in lockdown by eating better and exercising more

I was quite pleased with how my back looked doing the T-shirt challenge video I posted earlier
