No Queenie, it's one of the rules! I can buy stuff to fix my damaged fence, apparently, but I don't have a damaged fence

She’s right it’s one of those things you can get fined for if caught.... daft really when you can buy paint for a fence but not indoors

Makes no sense, but if you are buying it with your essential items I can't see a problem. Saw a woman in wilkos last week, cashier said she couldn't buy it!

It is daft. If you’re not allowed to buy it, it shouldn’t be on the shelves

They’ve changed them now but used to be 16 for smoking; plus 16 for active frontline service in the forces and never voted for those that control where you go

Why do we see some victims in a poorer light than others if they don’t fit the stereotype of what we think a victim should resemble.

Exactly my thoughts. I understand you can't make a non essential journey for it, which I wouldn't be. I think some shops are mis interpreting the rules. I would also like to go to a garden centre, but they're not open either...non essential, although we are buying stuff to grow our own veg and salad

There's 4 or 5 old laws still written that would call for capital punishment in the uk, and an extra one in Scotland, for cattle/sheep rustling
