Some great suggestions here. I have considered removing my spine completely and investing in an old time stretcher to forcibly extend my arms.

I’m thinking pouring on the floor and rolling around is the most dangerous as even if I don’t slip afterwards, my gf will have me for it.

Amazon have a long handled loofah type thing which you can put moisturising lotion in then apply it to your back
