Fab ass-tronomy club - shooting stars tonight

Near Maidenhead

Heavenly bodies tonight. Look northeast after dark tonight for the Lyrid meteor shower.

It's on every night from now until 25 April with the peak on the night of the 22nd.

The shooting stars appear to originate from the constellation of Lyra, the harp. You could see one every 4 to 6 minutes but if you're lucky you could get 100 in an hour.
