little house on the praire

For me it was relativly small but going up to nottingham caslte down the hill to the pub back up the steps at the castle 300 steps down to the cave and loads more steps. Its an achievement for me caue 18 months ago i would have been able to do it

Did 7.5miles on the bike in 2h last Saturday.

Never done that kind of distance in a day since owning the bike in 2009, let alone in 2h!

Did nearly 6miles this Saturday, so I am happy!

Doing the Moonwalk.....decided in the Jan to do it after doing nothing fitness wise for years.

I did it in the June and completed it...would love to do it again
