Are there any nudist/naturist beach in UK. Anything around East Midlands. Have you ever visited one?

One of the very best is quite close to you - Holkham beach. Bit of a trek on foot from the car park but a glorious stretch of sand and surprisingly clear and warm water.

No, that's a common misconception. Nudist beaches refer to you not being allowed to put down towels, blankets etc on the beach ("dressing" it) because of local wildlife.
