the name won't ring a bell for anyone... and I know that obits are normally stuscotlands thing... but this one I had to do...

the one thing that mr oakley was famous for was designing one of the most iconic things in my childhood and of a generation...

The Raleigh Chopper!

I never go one.. I got a raleigh grifter and was so envious of my best mate at the time who had one.....

so did you have one.... i'd still love one now!!!
