Until a short while ago I found some momentary peace in a forgotten part of Walthamstow Marshes...just birds singing (including a bird of prey overhead which I couldn't quite identify, maybe a sparrowhawk)

Now I'm back home and one of the courtyard neighbours is playing music outside. Luckily he's taking requests, so I know there are some proper choons on the way

I don’t really drink, not since January 2018 - though I do sometimes pour a glass of wine, if and when I feel like one. I poured some Prosecco a few days ago and took into a hot bath. Didnt drink it! X
