Assuming you can get hold of rocking horse poo (sorry I mean flour)

What is going to be your Mary berry moment

I've gone old skool simple

50g butter

4 tablespoons golden syrup

1 bar good-quality plain chocolate

75g cornflakes

Chocolate mini Easter eggs on top optional

Mix the butter, golden syrup and chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat.

Stir until its melted and mixed in together

Chuck in the corn flakes and stir in

Drop spoonfuls into baking cases or parchment paper if no cases.

Chill until they set

My daughter makes herself chocolate cake in a mug in the microwave when she wants a quick cake. Dunno how she does it but there’s flour involved, cocoa powder, sugar and Nutella!

I made a white choc/orange and almond cake last night. It was gone by lunchtime

Tasted great despite of not raising as well as I hoped but I had to play about with substituting ingredients.

We've just made choc chip cookie dough, it's chilling in the fridge before it can be cooked. The raw dough tasted - yes, the spoon and bowl had to be licked

Did cheese scones and a banana bread through the week. Yesterday I did a couple of breads, one cheese and jalapeño and one cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Bloody deelish, makes the most fantastic toast for brekkie
