I would just like to say thank you to all the nurses & key workers, trying to help the sick & dying.

Hope this will be over soon.

True hero’s.

Under appreciated by the current so called government. They deserve a lot more than a round of applause once a week for risking their own lives trying to save the sick and dying during this crazy situation

thank you for the constant support and faith in front line services.

Some days it’s tough to go to work in fear of what to expect and what will deal with and many days now I either cry when get home or in car due to exhaustion and being on edge.

I say thank you not only to people I stand side by side with but anyone who is keeping us going from shop workers, truckers, etc.

But thank you to the public for standing side by side hope they remember this after covid19.

Thank you for this thread. I am a community palliative nurse and support people at home and the care homes, I really feel for what they're staff are going through its awful. I could rant on about how slow this government was etc etc but this isn't the place and wont change anything.

I'd like to say well done and thank you to all hard working key workers from nurses to delivery drivers.

Have always appreciated the NHS and great work they do.Hopefully everyone including the government will still support them after this virus has gone and not just with words.

Many thanks my team and I work in Estates and have spent the last 6-7 weeks converting wards opening long closed wards, building resilience and ensuring systems like oxygen won’t fail. It’s been a long hard slog for us making up on years of underinvestment and all while our jobs are under threat of being contracted out and losing our NHS employment.
