I used to drink Soya milk. Particularly delicious over branflakes and in coffee.

Not it’s skimmed milk for tea, semi skimmed for cereal and coffee.

I don't like milk.

I think it stems from when I was forced to drink school milk which had been left in the sun a little too long.

The local farm shop by me has started selling non homogenised milk, both full fat and semi skimmed in a refill scheme.

I buy the full fat one mainly for my kefir grains but damn it's so yummy I always take a swig when putting it in the fridge.

Like most of my diet

A wide variety

Generally my dairy alternative is unsweetened almond which I use for a low low carb diet

Then depends from a small amount of gold top and full fat in lush coffees to 2 litres of skim for a complete nutrient and hydration strategy

I do not touch soya not going to take the hormonal risk

There’s no hormonal risk- this has been entirely refuted by the scientific community. Soya contains plant oestrogens which are entirely different to human oestrogen and have no hormonal risk. Prior claims that it did stem from racist, ethnocentric studies of East Asian men perceived to be effeminate. Soya is only harmful to people with intolerances. Although, like anything, you shouldn’t live on soya alone for nutritional balance

I have read the studies

You are right some absolutely show no correlation

And some do

I understand the research is on going

I have zero need to use soya products and thus I will avoid

5 percent carb

3 percent protein

The rest is fat

I can drink 2 litres a day sometimes I prefer its taste and texture to water

If that's white tasty water I'm fine with that
