Has anyone bought tickets from Viagogo for an event subsequently cancelled because of coronavirus and managed to get a refund from them?

You'll be lucky. The original purchaser will have got the refund or the new tickets.

Viagogo are nothing more than touts, they won't help you as they are nothing but in intermediary

They’ve sent an email saying refunds will be given. The tickets have been returned to them. They’ve said it could take a while due to the amount of events that have been cancelled.

Ever use viagogo or the like, best route for getting tickets is thru Twickets, customer service is good too
