Place t shirt on floor in front of you..walk feet onto a door or wall then put t shirt on using balance..my time 13 seconds..go for it

OK a lady friend just told me it has to be in full handstand position..so offs I goes again..legs nr vertical above head..closer to 18 seconds..

Put on the t shirt..so head through and arms and pulled down back whilst in handstand position. Time starts from handstand to t shirt on..obviously using hands

my gf nearly did it but her wrist got cranky. Stay safe in work..I'm also working but though work is heavy it's great..managing a woodland
