Slow cooker chilli is awesome, I've heard you can make a great mac and cheese too but I've not tried that yet.

I cooked a look of pork in a barbecue sauce over the weekend, that was delicious. The sauce was a man x of mustard, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcester sauce. I'm putting shin of beef in it in a minute with carrots and sweet potatoes and anything I can find for the sauce

Breakfast casserole is great. Just chuck whatever breakfast ingredients you like in and leave on low overnight. Cooked breakfast with little effort!

Beef in beer is lush.

I am meaning to try making bread in mine too

Gammon joint, full fat , cloves, whole pepper corns, bay leaf, onion, carrots, celery or any whole root veg just for flavour, make a honey glaze finish off in the oven for 15 mins, tasty

I cook lots of meats in mine. Usually dice them or use mince then add stock, onions, mushrooms, leeks, courgettes, peppers, potatoes etc. Cook it for approx 5 hours so its very tender. Also cooked gammon joints in it. All delicious.
