I noticed something similar in the shower the other day. The water was fine on my front but when I turned it was too hot on my back and scalp ... weird ... maybe just me

I have very sensitive lips, I can't drink a hot cup of tea, it must be very milky or have cold water added to it

It's very wierd, your mouth and tongue are so sensitive but like you say can take near boiling tea or coffee when you couldn't put your finger in the mug lol
