.... that if you quenelle a teaspoon of Nutella before eating it as a bedtime snack, that it only contains half the calories? I’m going with it.

I though calories went to sleep at 9pm so they aren’t in any good from that time until they wake up at 6.30 .

Theres a reason i stay away from nuttella. If i have a spoon full i will end up doing the full jar.

Cheesecake is ok though

When you dunk a biscuit in your tea/ coffee the bits at the bottom of the mug/ cup ,if you dry them out you then get an extra biscuit
