It is this kind of comment which put me off skinny jeans. I’m a plus size female and feel that I just couldn’t pull them off and felt too self conscious. I have discovered mom jeans though and love them, also high waist boot leg never left my wardrobe.

No, as a guy who doesn't suit skinny jeans I've found it a struggle to get any decent jeans for the last decade. I can't wait for the trend to die off although it's proving to have more staying power than I thought it would. It's fine if you're in your early 20's with the physique of Jarvis Cocker but not if you're quite built with muscular legs!
