I am trying to think of a sexy dessert (or pudding, depending on where you come from)to make for 'afters' tomorrow night, any ideas? Was thinking of some kind of chocolate and raspberry/strawberry combination.

But any ideas would be very welcome!

or a strawberry and cream ring, large carton of double cream, large punet of strawberries, caster suger ? take half of the strawbeeries and slice, mix with caster sugar and cream beat till stiff ( you should know how to get it stiff)lol, the you can pipe it out into a ring and half the remainder of the strawbwerries and place around the ring

can be a little tricky as the moistuer from the cream and fruit can soften the merranngue's if prepared to far in advance

have fun i used to love doing the desert trollies and making them all when i worked in the kitchens, the bueaty with deserts is as long as the flavours work with each other pretty much anything goes, your imagination can run wild
