Write them down and see if you can get some understanding of your fears" Writing them down is a great suggestion also writing a sleep diary so you can try identify any possible triggers | |||

Maybe try doing some mindfulness and a way of trying to relax. There’s loads of information on internet of things to try to address them | |||
