Getting in bed

Do you prefer to be warm or cool to get to sleep?

I can't sleep if I'm warm I become restless and annoyed if I can't sleep...my fan is on now in preparation to sleep got a 2 hour timer on it as well...perfection because I'll be warm when I wake up!

I have to keep my room warm, not hot, just warm.

Cannot stand cold draughts or windows open at all. It wrecks my throat, causing cold etc.

I have window open or fan on like room to be cold but bed cosy and warm.

I always have one leg out the duvet with the duvet tucked inbetween both knees

I also love getting in bed after a long day and that first bend of the legs

I like a really cold bedroom, window open all year but I like a thick duvet so I can get toastie warm.
