I find hold ups more comfortable than stockings and I'm not a huge fan of tights. I also like bare legs but really depends on the situation, weather etc

Always feels nice wearing stockings especially with a short skirt and heels. Seeing guys looking and wondering. Stockings or tights. If im feeling brave nay even let my skirt ride up a little as i walk.

they can look sexy and classy as long as the rest of your outfit follows. If not then smutty I think but each to their own. It would be a boring world if we all looked the same
