If your putting something simple together.

You can use your phone but it is difficult to manipulate on a small screen

Inshot is pretty good you can download it from Google app store

I've been using Adobe Premiere CS6 for years, but am shifting across to DaVinci resolve, which is not only free but can also handle 4K
