Is there any one else that can't seem to find humour in things they used too?

I'm not sure if it's just me, If I'm changing or the tablets numbing me?

Which tablets? One if the ones I was on did that. Even my fave stand up comedians couldn't raise a smile

How long have you been taking them, they can have side effects initially that can wear off.

Current situation cant be helping either x

I had a similar feeling on sertraline. Made me feel very weird in general.

I'm on 200mg sertraline. At first i loved the fact that my days long panic attacks were not lasting very long and they stopped bothering me. Then i went through a stage of being numb and hating how i didn't feel like 'me', this lasted a few months and now i'm a lot happier.

I don't know if the meds or your depression is causing the numbness. I have CPTSD so numbed very easily before i was taking these meds.

Don't think i explained that well. I can probably elaborate if asked specific questions.

Sexually i'm fine. Did lose my sex drive for the first 6 weeks of taking them but everything went back to normal after that, don't have a problem cumming either.

I was like a zombie on Venlaxafine, totally detached and just going through the motions. Have been on Citalopram for years now, work much better for me. But horses for courses, different meds work for different folk
