I am vunerable and can't get to the shops but I will have two slices of bread instead of one and I plan to have an extra glass of water today.

I've had a food delivery from a local chef so all I have to do is heat it through.

Roast lamb with all the trimmings and Easter egg cheesecakes.

We always go out for Easter dinner so this was our way of still having our dinner cooked for us

Roast beef, roast potatoes, roast parsnips (both cooked with the meat and beef dripping) yorkshire puddings, broccoli, leek, peas, thick onion gravy and horse radish sauce

Been ages since I cooked a roast, been looking forward to it since I finished work in Thursday.

We are having slow roast beef with fresh veg and roast potatoes, lots of lovely thick gravy made from the meat juices, and home made yorkshire puds, that my daughter is learning how to make!

Oh and fresh fruit salad for dessert x
