Well chuffed with that" Well done mate This week I have focused on stamina and difficulty so have done 6 days straight but 3 days run, then one day walk then run then walk and today completely relaxing. 2 of my runs were on my park run course which is graded about 3/5 in London with a hill run put in as well near to where I live (1. One of my walks was a hill walk as well. The hill is 124 meters so that really has made me challenge myself this week My times haven’t been too great Avg run over the 20km - 32 mins and 8secs (mainly my hill run was a lot more challenging) Avg walk over 10km - 44 mins 30 secs | |||
