In the last couple of days I’ve noticed lots of flies buzzing round. The hot weather must have woken them up.

Is that the same where you are?

There were pics of overflowing recycling bins where people had purchased too much fresh food that they couldn't eat.

On a note about the insects maybe their growth spurt is due to hardly any pollutant in the atmosphere.
