It's a fairly grey area of law but the making and distribution of videos of fisting and other "extreme" activities were banned under UK law back in 2014 and so the reasons are legal more than anything - believe that law has since been amended but it's open to interpretation, so guess the site take the better safe than sorry angle.

Now before you say it I know you can find videos of fisting and all manner of other extreme activities out there on the net but if they conform to the law of the country they are hosted in then it's difficult to prevent them being viewed and as I said current UK law is open to interpretation anyway.
