I wonder at what point the general public gets so fed up with the lockdown that it starts to totally disregard it

Leeds

The Telegraph says today that we are looking at "indefinite" social distancing after months of lockdown. A difficult concept to comprehend. Three weeks has been bad enough.

I hope people don't.

It is a short term pain for long term gain.

I'm not to bad personally because I'm quite happy to stay in the confines of the house and back garden anyway.

It will drive a lot of people mad though

Not sure, but I received interesting email from my employer (charity providing care) stating that they have been advised, peak will hit us at end of April - beginning of May. So think we'll be indoors longer than we at present think..

I live alone in a one bedroom flat on the top floor close to the centre of Derby, but on Wednesday I went for a 6 mile walk in the other direction and was never closer than 5 yards away from anyone. It's quite easily done, just takes a bit of common sense that's all

I suppose it depends on how much they value their health, or give a damn about the health of those around them.
