Travel?

I have spent a lot of time away with work recently, and have travelling light down to a fine art. I take shirts for work on a hanger, and then one bag where everything fits into it. I even have a pocket for my cuff-links to sit in.

How much clobber do you take away?

When going on holiday I'm a nightmare and cant travel light

But for work, I go away so often I can now get up to mon to fri away well within hand luggage limits

I pack way to much when i go away,, even if its just for a night.

Love my pink suitcase, oh and my mini case for my make up and hair stuff

if we have a weekend away , me (mark) can pack a few things in a holdall, Ali however, no chance things she packs looks like the start of a world tour for U2

i take a only one change of clothes and a book.

ipod for music and of course my phone.

buy new clothes were i travel too.

If I'm going away for a swinging weekend I take loads. I need all my hair stuff and make up and outfits with various accessories and of course shoes.

If I'm on a beach holiday I am getting better with the amount I take. I do only take a few maxi dresses for evenings and then the majority is shorts and tshirts. I only take one pair of heels but I don't tend to wear anything but flat sandals as its just too hot.

If I'm going to New York I take an empty suitcase and just 2 sets of casual clothes. I am then forced to go out shopping as I haven't brought anything - method to my madness you see

Got a suit bag for shirts, trousers & jackets, and a big green holdall from Harrods for everything else.

from a town near you

last year my friend decided we would just take hand luggage

however we weighed it wrong and ended up taking 10lbs instead of 10 kilos,but the extra space came in handy for the stuff we bought

this time we took one suitcase and one full hand luggage and one empty one for all the goodies to bring home

worked out very well
