"Music helps but I can’t switch off. No one to call " Ok that's great, do you have your music on now? If not put something on that calms you. Get yourself a hot drink and maybe something nice to eat like chocolate. It seems small but the the small things can really help in the now. The Samaritan's are always open. | |||

I was told to sit still and focus on feeling grounded, start at my feet and focus on them become heavy, then the next is the ankles, and just sitting in isolation xx | |||

I also like 5 4 3 2 1. 5 things you can see 4 things you can touch 3 things you can hear 2 things you can smell 1 thing you can taste. That's helpful in a crisis moment and using all the senses. | |||
