I've met a few that don't retract but they have always been kept very clean. I worry more about them getting hurt and tearing. But that's a different story.

I think its more common than most would know. I met a guy one whose foreskin was really tight, he had to have a circumcision.

Fairly easy answer here, wash........ Semitic people (ie, those who originate from north eastern Turkey) practice circumcision as this region is very hot and water was at a premium.....

Northern Europeans don't have that problem so there is no excuse for a dirty cock.

I have to say, though, that the clit needs to be washed too. I have never come across anything quite so off-putting as a little white band around the bean....It's not just men that ought to be clean.....

Ther foreskin will stay forward all the time unless I retract it during washing. Provided there is plenty of natural or contrived lubrication, penetration isn't a problem.
