Verified by meet

So we’re obviously supposed to be doing our bit for society and for FAB by not physically meeting, yet there’s a number of profiles I have seen or people I’ve chatted to who suddenly have a verification by meet.

Should FAB big remove this type of verification or are people obviously lying to get a verification, if so, how can they then be trusted?? Opinions welcomed. Just a curious observation that’s all

It may be someone they met a while back who's just getting round to leaving a verification. Or a friend who's rejoined so they've verified each other again. It's not proof they're meeting now.

It will s bewcause you’ve been verified from a person you have met BEFORE lockdown. I’ve just received one from someone I met back in Nov_mber see. It’s not going to be displayed until restrictions are lifted as fab has informed everyone in this situation but it does pop up that we have been verified. Hope that helps mr

If people are meeting then fab will not display the actual verification as they state when you do infact receive one. Only the absolute clown will meet right now

Totally agree with the clown part! I've blocked quite a few over asking for meets etc

As I’m sadly not verified wasn’t sure whether the verified by meet was available, but that’s cleared up so that’s good.

Though some of the verified by meets appeared on profiles which were new and post lockdown (unless had previous profile) hmmm.

Ah well. Hope you’re all surviving, keep safe!!

I've had a new veri by meet, from before we got locked down.

It does say on it that it was from before, but I'm not allowed to publish it (plus I don't want to publish it)
