Ugh I’m really suffering, I feel ok and then when I wake up my face is killing and the headache is horrendous! So I’ve had a few hours sleep and now I’m sat watching tv and trying to weirdly massage my nose , any tips anyone to clear this ?

Warm wheat bag on your face or warm towel folded up? Just to release the pressure. I do nasal irrigations when it's bad.

I also read somewhere about trying to press for a while a point in the middle between your eyebrows.. google for accuracy please.

All of those are great suggestions. I just got rid of a sinus infection so I feel your discomfort. Steaming using decongestant essential oils in hot water might help. Jakemans throat sweets temporarily cleared mine before I got antibiotics.

I was very lightheaded with mine and had no energy. I slept for hours.

It's a coincidence that you are the fourth person that's had infected sinuses I've heard of this week!

Elevate your pillows too if you can. And lots of warm drinks. X

Try anti histimines ie hay fever tablets

Or notice if there is a 5G tower near you that has something to do with the headaches, dizziness, and sinuses!

Nasal sprays/Vicks, steam your face regularly with boiling water over a bowl or saucepan, paracetamol may help, dehydration might be a cause so plenty of water, being propped up more with pillows whilst sleeping will prevent sinus build up, and exercise will help, hope this helps and you get better

Place an ice cube on your tongue and press it on the roof of your mouth. It's only a temporary measure but might help relieve the symptoms for a while.

Godalming

A good nasal spray to open up your passages and then a nasal irrigation with warm saline if the pressure is really bad.

Have to do it at least once a year I suffer with sinusitis on just one side.

Dubai & Nottingham

You could try a long hot shower with Olbas, eucalyptus or rosemary essential oil. Rosemary will lift your mood too as well as clear your head. Get a personal humidifier with an oil tray. If you go out for a walk then when you back change your clothes and wash your hair as you will be covered in pollen right now which could be making it worse.

Please do. You shouldn’t still be feeling it after this length of time. Phone them and get yourself sorted x

Ring your GP. If all of these things fail, you made need antibiotics if you have infection, that's all that clears mine. Good luck, I know it's miserable.

You could also try the chemists as some over the counter remedies work for me. I also use menthol crystals in hotwater then breathe in the steam. Got some recently at a Tesco pharmacy. Hope you get better soon

In the meantime keep up the self care suggested. It'll help as the antibiotics kick in.
