Yes about 3-6 hrs a day more than usual

Just rigged a back workout using slabs ramp and lawn roller

New cheat anhialator is fall onto bar about 35 cm off ground slow the negative then push back to standing

That and shags silly press up challenge

Some wise ass also suggested incremental planks

Along side epic walks and chopping logs moving slabs

Yes, doing some bodyweight exercises at home and using some household items as well (chair, medicine ball etc).

Did try jogging but it gives my knee a bit of grief after a while so I may try to invest in a cheap bike if the weather stays good.

Honestly strava is potentially deadly

I mountain bike gnarly routes and trying to beat a downhill time will most likely lead to my demise after the lock down

Exercise for

Mobility energy psychological wellbeing heart health strength and to prevent muscular imbalance and then the pain that causes also lubrication of the joints and oxygen flow lung capacity positive hormone balance

To maintain add or lose weight that's you nutritional strategy x

I'll be blunt

While you are trying you are absolutely not failing you are succeeding

It's only if you stop that you fail

Are you doing the headdstand first or against wall method

I'd recomend daily 1m headstand followed by hand stand against wall then headstanding with attempting solo hand stand

But most of all just enjoy falling over

I am trying but lack of motivation. I am normally in the gym 5 days a week. Stuck at home with my 2 kids who dont want to come out on their bikes as I run, or fight of I do, now my 11yr old has a cast on since last week as he broke a few bones in his wrist after fallinf off his bike the previous week.

I am going to start getting up early like 8am for a run before they are fully awake. There is a local green I can run around. I really miss the gym. Have kettlebells at home so all is not lost but I am such a creature of routine and my routine is all over the shop!!

Run and cycle on alternating days. The routes I use are very quiet and I rarely see any people.

If they ban it, then I’m sorry, but I’ll still go out. I work hard and need an escape for an hour; exercise does that for me

Yes, bit weird having nothing to train for though. Running home from work a couple of times a week, commuting to and from work on the bike at least one a week and some evening walks. Lucky to be near fields and also be able to run home from work along routes that make social distancing quite easy. Not doing much on a weekend as it's too busy and glad to get a rest from work
