"Trying to learn how to do a hand-stand ( failing miserably)" I'll be blunt While you are trying you are absolutely not failing you are succeeding It's only if you stop that you fail Are you doing the headdstand first or against wall method I'd recomend daily 1m headstand followed by hand stand against wall then headstanding with attempting solo hand stand But most of all just enjoy falling over | |||
