Apparently some people are asked to get photo verified by admin.

Shouldn't be a problem, just forward photos when asked.

You don't need photo verification to join. Or have they joined and want to add photo verification? If so, they should contact admin if there's a problem.

Sometimes you can't, it won't let you join unless you photo verify right away.

Have they checked to be sure that their pic meets the requirements for photo verification? Am guessing if they've been asked to verify that is something that would be checked.

Otherwise have them drop a note to admin is the only advice I can offer

We was made to photo verify when we joined. We couldn't access fab until admin verified us, it took a few days to sort. It doesn't seem to run as smoothly as it use to. This is our 2nd account, we had no problems last time. Had no end of problems this time around

Hi all so the situation is they have filled all 3 stages of the joining application stage 3 being fab wanting a picture they have tried a number of times to load the pic ( following the guidelines ) and it literally keeps saying we will prove your photo in 1 hour !

The problem is its been saying that for 3 days

When they go into their pics does it still say that or does it say rejected next to it?

I had to do mine 3 times cos it was rejected, they couldn't see my arm holding the paper apparently.

If it hasn't been rejected then I'd suggest contacting admin or just deleting the account and starting again.

Having just looked at your profile OP - are these "friends" you?

If so then possibly the problem might be you have a single male profile so if you're trying to get approved as a couple that may be the reason

Sometimes they don’t activate your profile till you’ve done photo verification. I made this profile months ago but I only could use it just before Xmas when I did the photo verification and it took two days for them to verify me.

You need to photo verify now before they’ll let you go any further. We had to on our joint one.

Exactly what happened to us, we couldn't access fab at all until approved. Took almost a week, after numerous emails. Tell them to keep sending the verifcation picture in

The problem is its been saying that for 3 days "
