So not on pace yet but good to get back sub30. It is not about speed for me it’s me against myself. So even last week I was struggling with 34 mins | |||

"I had a nice 12 miler on Wednesday running home from work almost all on trails and very little human contact. Other than that it's been quite an easy week as too knackered from work to do much" Been getting my exercise in with 3.5 miles to and from work. | |||
