What were the previous 48 years like? If they were exactly the same then I’d say it’s normal. Even if not I’d say it’s pretty normal. I hope sex is still appealing to me in 20/30 years time

I strongly disagree here.

Turning 49 is only perfectly normal if you were previously 48. If you were in your mid 30s, turning 49 would be seriously strange
