Does anyone have any tips on this, as I was having difficulty before. But now it’s made even harder. By the lockdown.

I know I could I’ve watched enough episodes in my time. I can’t understand how some of them get it so wrong

What sort of tips do you need?

You’d have a surveyor wouldn’t you to check the structural side.

General things to consider would be the distance the house is from work for your commute. What the neighbourhood is like, time statistics, schools of you have kids.

I’d take a clairvoyant with me as well to make sure there’s no lingering ghosts or spirits there.

Then it’s if the house suits your needs, enough bedrooms, storage, nice kitchen and bathrooms, I’d run all the taps to make sure the flow was strong.

Check for Japanese knot outside but that would come under structural.

Well I keep struggling in finding what I know I’m after. As everything I have seen is overpriced for the area or advertised as something it isn’t. I was just wondering on tips for how to get what you want really. Or just seeing if anyone had any sound advice on finding a new place?

I suppose there is no quick fix to some things.
